After weeks of planning, collaboration, and website automation development, the Job Fair Series was formally launched on September 8, 2025 under the leadership of the North America Talent and Industry Connect Committee of Taiwanese Chambers of Commerce of North America (TCCNA).
Committee Chair Ronny Chiang (蔣序龍) emphasized the significance of creating a consistent platform across North America that connects future talents and professionals with opportunities, while also strengthening business and community ties.
Multi-city initiative
This multi-city initiative will extend through 2026, reaching major U.S. cities such as New York, Boston, Chicago, San Francisco, Atlanta, Washington D.C., Dallas, and Detroit.
The first event is scheduled for October 25, 2025 in Greater Los Angeles–Santa Ana, serving as the first step in this nationwide series.
A Stage for Companies · A Launchpad for Talent
This series empowers both sides of the career journey — giving companies a stage to attract top candidates while offering future talents a launchpad to pursue their aspirations.
Local Leadership and Support
TCCNA recognizes that successful execution requires strong local leadership and organizational support in each host city. To ensure efficiency, TCCNA will provide a unified technology platform for all Job Fair cities. This allows local organizers to minimize administrative workload and concentrate on city-specific needs, outreach, and community engagement.
Commitment to Community
Any Remaining company exhibition fees will be reinvested into future TCCNA Job Fair events and local public charity programs.

經過數週的規劃、合作與網站自動化系統開發，就業博覽會系列活動已於 2025 年 9 月 8 日 在 美洲台美商會（TCCNA）轄下之「北美學人與台商資源媒合工作委員會」 的領導下正式啟動。
主任委員 蔣序龍 (Ronny Chiang) 強調，此一平台的意義在於於北美各地建立一個一致性的交流舞台，將未來人才與專業人士與職涯機會連結起來，同時加強企業與社區的聯繫。
多城市計畫
此系列多城市計畫將持續至 2026 年，遍及 紐約、波士頓、芝加哥、舊金山、亞特蘭大、華盛頓特區、達拉斯、底特律 等美國主要城市。
首場活動訂於 2025 年 10 月 25 日 在 大洛杉磯–聖塔安那 (Santa Ana) 舉行，作為此全國性系列活動的第一站。

此系列活動同時賦能職涯旅程的雙方——為企業提供舞台以吸引優秀人才，也為未來人才提供起點，追尋職涯抱負。
在地領導與支持
TCCNA 認知到，活動的成功推動需要每個主辦城市的 在地領導與組織支持。
為確保效率，TCCNA 將為所有就業博覽會城市提供 統一的技術平台。
此舉能減少地方主辦單位的行政負擔，讓其專注於當地所需的工作、推廣與社區參與。
回饋社區的承諾
所有剩餘的公司參展費用，將再投資於未來 TCCNA 就業博覽會及當地公益計畫之中。
